On The Farm is designed for NDIS participants who want outdoor routine, animal connection and practical confidence in a safe, supported setting.
Visits can include feeding animals, gardening, outdoor walks, light farm tasks, breaks, social connection and simple routines that give the day shape.
No farm experience is needed. The support team adjusts the day around interests, sensory needs, energy and goals.
